At Undee, we aim to deliver your everyday essentials quickly, safely, and with full transparency.
Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.


1️⃣ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of being placed.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Processing times may vary slightly during sales, festivals, or high-volume periods.

Business Hours:
Monday to Saturday β€” 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(Sundays & public holidays: warehouse is closed)


2️⃣ Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Location Estimated Delivery
Metro Cities 2 – 4 working days
Non-Metro & Tier-2 Cities 3 – 7 working days
Remote / Difficult Service Areas 5 – 10 working days

These timelines can vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Local restrictions

  • Festivals or holidays

We will always try to ensure timely delivery but are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


3️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply based on location & order size.

  • COD Orders: Cash on Delivery charges apply and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4️⃣ Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

  • Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.

5️⃣ Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure the shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct.
Undee is not responsible if:

  • Delivery fails due to an incorrect address

  • The courier is unable to reach the customer

  • The customer is unavailable for delivery

If the package is returned to us due to these reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.


6️⃣ Delivery Attempt Policy

Our courier partners make up to two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail:

  • The order will be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).

  • Reshipment can be done as per customer request, with applicable shipping charges.


7️⃣ Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Deliveries

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • Opened

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Images of the package

  • Order ID
