Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next business day.

(Sundays & public holidays: warehouse is closed)

Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply based on location & order size.

COD Orders: Cash on Delivery charges apply and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Please ensure the shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct.
Undee is not responsible if:

Delivery fails due to an incorrect address

The courier is unable to reach the customer

The customer is unavailable for delivery
If the package is returned to us due to these reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.
6οΈβ£ Delivery Attempt Policy
Our courier partners make up to two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail:

The order will be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).

Reshipment can be done as per customer request, with applicable shipping charges.

If you receive a package that is:
