At Undee, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because we deal with intimate undergarments, we maintain strict hygiene standards and thus do not accept returns or exchanges on most items.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

In such cases, we will happily provide a replacement or a refund.

  2. Enter Details: Provide your order ID and the email/phone number used for the order.

  3. Upload a Video: Please upload a short video showing the damaged product as received. This helps us verify the issue quickly.

  4. Reverse Pickup: Once your request is verified, weโ€™ll arrange a reverse pickup.

  5. Inspection & Resolution: After we receive the item and verify the damage, we will issue a replacement or refund within 2-3 business days.


๐Ÿ“ฌ Self-Shipping Option (If Reverse Pickup is Unavailable)

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you can self-ship the damaged item to our warehouse:

  • Please double-check the size and details before placing your order, as returns for sizing issues are not possible.

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation but havenโ€™t received the item, contact us within 24 hours.

  • Once a damaged item is exchanged and delivered, no further returns or exchanges are applicable.
